At Primary Health Tasmania, we support community-based healthcare providers to deliver the best possible care for Tasmanians - particularly those most at risk of poor health outcomes. 

Primary Health Tasmania is a quality training provider for primary healthcare professionals. We facilitate accredited education and training events each month, focussing on a wide range of topics. Recorded webinars are then available on demand through our Learning Hub.

• Tasmanian HealthPathways – a portal with information about how to assess and manage a wide range of health conditions, and how to refer to local specialists and services 

• the Tasmanian Health Directory – connecting health professionals with other providers and services 

• Shared Transfer of Care resources - supporting quality transfers of care between service providers
