MyMedicare is Australia’s new voluntary patient registration model.  It will enable a blended funding model that sits along fee-for-service while strengthening the relationship between patients, their general practice, general practittioners and primary care teams. Primary Health Tasmania welcome and support the introduction of MyMedicare as an crucial facilitator for maintaining continuity of care and advancing health equity
