The Tasmanian Government Department of Health invites GPs to a briefing focused on COVID@home in residential aged care.

They will be discussing the various tiers of care provided within the Residential Aged Care Facilities and the escalation pathways into the Covid@home program.

The Aged Care Emergency Operations Centre (ACEOC) team have requested that we provide you with the draft model of care of aged care residence diagnosed with COVID-19 for review and feedback.

Please provide feedback and questions via this form by COB Tuesday 18 January 2022. The team will review and incorporate this into next week’s webinar.
